Shipping Policy

Rangkaar ships sarees and textile products across India using trusted courier partners. Processing time for ready‑to‑ship items is typically three to seven business days. Made‑to‑order or handcrafted pieces may require additional time depending on the complexity of the design. Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier performance. External factors such as weather or logistical delays may affect delivery times.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. You must notify us within forty‑eight hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Due to the handcrafted nature of our sarees and textiles, minor variations in print, color, or texture are expected and do not qualify for returns.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available for eligible returns, orders canceled before shipping, or verified defective items. Handcrafted and custom‑made sarees cannot be refunded once production has begun. Refunds are processed within seven to ten business days to the original payment method. Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Orders for ready‑to‑ship items may be canceled before dispatch. Custom or made‑to‑order sarees cannot be canceled once the artisan has begun work. Service or consultation bookings may be canceled at least twenty‑four hours in advance.

Intellectual Property

All designs, motifs, images, logos, and content on rangkaar.co.in belong exclusively to Rangkaar. The block‑printed patterns, brand story, and product photography are part of our artistic identity and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

User Conduct
